What is the typical lead time for bulk orders?
Most wholesale orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by region, but domestic shipments typically arrive within 3-5 business days via LTL freight or standard ground shipping.
Do you offer discounts for high-volume purchases?
Yes, we provide tiered pricing structures for contractors and industrial partners. The more cases you purchase, the lower the unit price. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on pallet-sized orders.
What is your return policy on opened sealant tubes?
For safety and quality assurance, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on opened cartridges or expired products.
Are your sealants weather-resistant and UV-stable?
We stock a wide range of industrial-grade silicones and polyurethanes specifically designed for exterior use. Please check the individual product technical data sheet (TDS) for specific UV resistance and temperature ratings.
Do you provide Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
Absolutely. You can find downloadable PDF versions of the TDS and SDS for every product on its respective product page under the 'Technical Documentation' tab.
Which payment methods do you accept for wholesale accounts?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers. For established commercial accounts, we also offer Net-30 payment terms subject to credit approval.
