Contact our support team with your order number and the specific sealant or adhesive product details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Shipment

Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping containers, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

Ship to Warehouse

Send your return package to our central distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
